What we manage

Every fire and life safety system. Every location.

Bedrock Fire coordinates the full spectrum of fire protection and life safety services across your entire portfolio — through our vetted nationwide affiliate network or your own approved vendors.

One scope. One partner. Total coverage.

Multi-site operators shouldn't have to manage six different vendor relationships for six different systems at each location. Bedrock Fire consolidates your entire fire protection program under a single point of accountability — with consistent documentation, consistent quality, and a flat management fee that never changes based on what your vendors charge.

How we work

Your vendors. Our oversight. Your peace of mind.

Bedrock Fire doesn't self-perform service work. We manage a vetted, licensed, and insured nationwide network of affiliate service providers — and where you prefer, we can work with your existing vendors, provided they meet our vetting standards. Either way, you get a single point of contact, consistent documentation, and a flat management fee that never inflates based on what the work costs.

Vetted affiliate network

Every provider in our network is licensed, insured, and evaluated for quality and reliability before we send them to your locations.

Or your existing vendors

If you have established vendor relationships you want to keep, we can work with them — provided they pass our vetting process.

Flat management fee

You pay a flat fee per site. We never mark up vendor invoices, so we have no financial incentive to want your service costs to go up.
